For sports activities there are sailing schools "Club del Mare", with courses for children from 6 to 12 years, for boys from 12 to 18 years and for adults.
Wind-surfing, fly-surfing, canoeing, swimming, water skiing, sailing, diving to explore exciting seabeds for fishing, “Diano Sub”.
Mountain biking, cycling, tennis, bowls, softball, baseball, horse riding school (San Remo), golf (18 holes course at Sanremo). And there are more adventurous sports, such as the thrilling bungee jump from Ponte di Loreto near Triora and free climbing on the rocks of Verdeggia.

Special Bike
From this year it will be possible to rent our Fujita City Glider E-Bikes in the structure! The rental cost is €20.00 for half a day (from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 19.00) and €30.00 for the whole day (from 8.00 to 19.00).

For mountain bike fans suggestive itineraries on the hills, from the simple stroll among beech and pine forests to the steep climb for the more adventurous. Several organized groups, distributed throughout the territory, allow to have specific information on trails and excursions and hiring bicycles and mountain bikes. Following the footsteps of professionals, even the amateurs can find on these roads the ideal environment for long rides, accompanied by Liguria sea colors and scents.

Nordic walking
Is a fantastic sport that is practiced in open air, a gentle workout that builds endurance, strength and fitness. It consists in walking, jumping and doing exercises with special sticks. It involves all the muscles of the body: legs, shoulders and chest; is possible to improve posture and prevent and treat problems of back and cervical ... It’s an easy way to improve your physical condition without seeking the joints and it is suitable for all ages. Our beautiful beach and wonderful surroundings are the perfect scenarios for practicing nordic walking, which get more and more fans throughout Europe!
